No, but I don't see any reason to complain about it. (Actually, isn't it? Since the factions request their desired nerfs themselves according to their ingame behavior.)

Besides, weren't the factions those that asked for their desired tech nerfs? ^_^

Edit: And IMO, a Hornviper Chimmie (that doesn't exist to my knowledge) is more balanced than a Tizona Black Dragon, since the Wraith is a lot stronger ship than the Chimmie. My reasoning could be dumb, though.

Read the bottom of the chart, "Balance limitations". Most of Corsair factions asked for 90% on FA/Hog tech, Order asked for 90% on BD tech and OC did the same on GC tech, getting a 75% nerf instead.

But it's ok, if you can ensure me that there won't be any single hornviper Chimaera or Sunfrenzy Wraith roaming around as you implied in the first reply, then there's no reason to complain.

Can whoever's responsible for implementing these on the server just get on and do it please? There's a lot of people waiting with baited breath and it's getting kinda annoying that the tech nerfs are completed and uploaded, just not active.

Well, factions which requested a 90% nerf to LR also got it set to 75% because of Sammaels. Considering Sunfrenzies DPS is on par with Sammies, I don't see why the exception should be made here.

I've decided I'm opposed to this whole ask-for-it business. Some faction gear is clearly OP based on the number of factions asking for access. Devs should restrict it based on lore and balance. Give one or two slots for RECIPROCAL access where supported by lore or diplomacy, otherwise sucks to be you.
