[color=#000000]Personnel of "Arborvitae Inc." would like to inform all the pilots within Bretonian space to take extra caution. We would like to inform all civilians about a dangerous criminal spotted in Bretonia, New London system few minutes ago. The suspect, named Lizzie Borden (calling herself "Number 13" for some reason) is accused by a numerous crimes such as murder, thievery of highly contagious biological materials and illegal usage of weapon.

As it is known, Lizzie "Number 13" Borden pilots hijacked BYC "Marauder" Heavy Fighter named "Ugly Butterfly". Last time she was reported in New London system.

Do not fall into contact with her, try to avoid any communications and do not attempt to fall into conflict with suspect. Especially, do not attempt to give the sanctuary to the suspect, except you're being forced by the suspect itself. Doing otherwise be sanctioned as crime.



Note to lawful military organizations: We would like to get the suspect alive. Do not engage if that's not necessary.

Note to the bounty hunters: There's no bounty yet.

Sir,

I am not certain who you are, or deem yourself to be, but within the Sovereign House of Bretonia, it is Her Majesty's government and Her courts who determines who is and is not a criminal - not some upstart corporation with a bone to pick. I strongly suggest you pursue this through legal channels rather then to try and make such unfounded accusations - which are a crime in and of itself. This is a matter for the courts, not for some kind of corporate vigilante action.
