As my Gran Canarian holiday comes to an end,
let me present you with some ideas I've accumulated over the last weeks.


I have come to the conclusion that our inner chain of command needs a overhaul.
Our ever expanding territory comes at a price.
You and I , señor Werss, can only be at one place at the time to make important decisions.
Our forces need adequate leadership in the field.
Therefore I order you to modernise our rank structure based on individual strategic insight.

Next to that I also would like to see a restoration of the Vanguardistas.
This legendary squadron , at the time under the command of Tribune Skyelius,
consisted of the most skilled warriors amongst our ranks.
I need you to handpick our finest warriors to become Vanguardista.
This is not a rank , but a title.
