Dear Sir or Madam,
my name is Stephen Schwerdtfeger, I am a Guildmaster of the Independent Miners Guild.
I call you because yesterday there was an incident in which the Bowex)Anne.Bonny was involved. Said ship docked at Java Station in Tau 23 while under fire by a GRN bomber and directly under the nose of an IMG vessel that recorded it all.
The GRN sent the following evidence: << file download >>
Actions like these place the IMG in a difficult position and endanger the civilians on Java as well as all civilian operations in the Gallic occupied Tau Sector. The IMG has to stay neutral to guarantee safety and to maintain operations.
Consequently, please remind your flight crews that Bretonian ships cannot be welcomed on Java.
Your shippers can discreetly use Falkland in Tau 37 or Brimstone Ore Refinery (approximately 10 k above Java) for emergency docking, that's where your shippers allegedly get Cryocubes from anyway, so they should have the permissions.
Java, however, is off limits due to its exposed location and I would ask you to respect that.
Yours sincerely
Stephen Schwerdtfeger
IMG Guildmaster

To: Stephen Schwerdtfeger, IMG Guildmaster. From: Andrew Peterson, Bowex trade manager. RE: Our employee.
This entire incident is all rather regretful - while I have absolutely no sympathy for your trouble with the Gauls, I am concerned by the conduct of this ship. The BES Anne Bonny was commissioned approximately six months ago, and was only used in active service for around two weeks, if that.
At that point, the captain and all hands promptly vanished. To say we're surprised to see it again is an understatement. We currently have no lines of communication with the captain - a Takako Kitahara - or any idea where she's been hiding. Needless to say, she's most certainly not on Java on our orders.
We will be taking measures to reign this transport in - not because we're looking to ease your collaboration with an enemy nation, but rather because I don't like the sound of a potentially renegade employee running amok. Needless to say, it'll be out of your hair soon enough. Take whatever measures you deem appropriate to deal with it.
P.S. I don't know of any other Bowex transport save the one mentioned above docking on your holdings in the Taus, in recent years. We obtained King's Crosses' Cryocube shipments via a third party who operate independently of the 'Guild.
