The Fund was founded and registered in 668 AS by a group of Rheinland veterans from the Eighty Year War to aid other veterans it times to come. Throughout the years the trust fund has been supported by several wealthy patrons and has made various profitable investments in the security- and research sector. Since the Nomad Wars the Broederbund Trust Fund has adopted a more hands-on approaching, providing job opportunities for former military pilots and operatives within various enterprises backed by the Fund.

The Fund has no employees, but operates through a network of various contracted individuals, first and foremost their main solicitor, Helmuth Finkel. The board of directors is comprised of key long-term donors, and they hand-pick a Chairman - usually a high-ranked Rheinwehr officer.

+ The portfolio is primarily made up of long-term investments in DHC, ALG, Republican and major weapon-producing subsidiaries.
+ The steady turnover from core investments are re-invested into various profit and non-profit projects associated with the military and the security sector.
//CURRENT PROJECTS//
Current projects include a re-socialization programme in Vierlande Prison, offering a helping hand for ex-convicts and discredited Rheinwehr officers. A substantial amount of participants from this programme have entered the Bounty Hunters Guild. Furthermore the Fund has worked on Project ███████, investing heavily in advanced technology, machinery and security contracts. The project is expected to provide profits this fiscal year.
