Who are you to dictate what factions can or cannot do? You have contributed nothing to OSI or their role play, and as far I am concerned, I don't see you as having any right to say what they can or cannot have. You strike me as another sniveling little anti-faction weasel, content to sit on your butt, and criticize folks for their hard work, while you do not a whit of it yourself.

Something like this should have been posted in the OSI Feedback thread. This smells of trial-by-forum, trying to air a faction's dirty laundry (that looks remarkably white and is so fluffy and soft I almost wish I slept in it) publicly.

If you'd like to repost this concern in their feedback you may.
If you'd like to repost the concern about people using other IDs for jumpships, you may, but it needs to be kept general and not targeting specific factions.
