Well, just off the top of my head, you will need at least a 500 watt PSU, just to be on the safe side.
I Gooogled the card and read some reviews and the general opinion is that it's a pretty reasonable card.
At any rate, it's FREE so I wouldn't argue too much.
I suggest you give it a go, if you can get your hands on a bigger PSU that is, it's not going to cost you anything but time to find out if it's any good, with a bit of luck.

+1
Take a PSU from a brand. Don't take any random "No name" psu...
If a power supply fails, it can damage ALL your components, the mainboard etc..."No name" ones can literally burn so...And for exemple the 12V pins are sometimes 9V in fact so...it's not good for the mainboard at all.
Here are some famous brands : Thermaltake, Antec, Be quiet, Cooler master.
And the brand ones have a good efficiency, like 85~90% and more for the most expensive ones.
Read reviews and compares between some PSU you want (500~700W for exemple).
And those things are supposed to be healthy, you wouldn't have to change it before ages. (About 6~7 years I got my Thermaltake 750W and had no problem, still delivers what I need and with silence.)
Edit :

I'll just go with the one i got from my brother.
Well, it's not hard to install your components by yourself you know, and it costs only time.
Keep my advices in mind for when you would change your whole configuration then, and good luck.

I think SLI & Crossfire are just the worst things created...
You need more power, you pay extra bucks to have the "SLI Certified" on the mainboard and even more for 16x-16x (even if it's around 2% greater than 8x-8x)
AND Sli configurations cost more than a good not-SLI mainboard and one good graphic card for often less performances, more noise, more heat, more required power supplied and game bugs.
Well Crossfire/SLI etc are useless for casual user indeed- it is a way better to have one single good card.
