I'm playing Order since two years now. And I've never had the feeling that they've been nerved much.
Of course I'm missing the great times at Planet Toledo, facing daily Core/Keeper/LN raids. But the fall of Toledo was a logical consequence and long overdue. In the end, the solution with Mu was pretty nice, although I dislike the vast extent of the Omicrons we have now with Zeta/Lambda. Though the Order got themselves an awesome LF Onuris (who cares about caps anyways?) and plenty of new bases. Meanwhile they've put some details in the current Toledo with the wreck of the Isis nearby. Sure, now that the traffic junction in the almost empty Minor isn't anymore, the Order is lacking some activity.
My only request would be to decrease the Omicrons size.

I with you on that bro, or if they choose not to shape the omicrons, extend order's zoi ( practical zoi not just in writing )

You haven't actually made any suggestions so far. How about you come up with something with which to tweak the Order?
Also, the Ossie's nerf (while indeed being a bit extreme in my opinion) was necessary. That thing destroyed everything in .85. And considering the Order just got most of its fleet blown to shreds and it's home planet molten, I think it makes perfect sense for them to be in some trouble at the moment.
I think part of the issue you have is that you're confusing the way the mod is going as far as shaping the universe with the way the player base does things.
Some of these points were raised in my thread about Skinlancer, and the dev team responded to them. (Not Toledo specifically, but in how they're allowing the players to help shape the way the game develops.)
In other words - if someone in the Order comes up with a good idea on how to further the role-play for the Order, the K'Hara, the BHG|Core, and to a lesser extent the Corsairs and Zoners that also sometimes need consulting - all you have to convince the official faction that it's a good idea so that they can then present it to the other factions involved. Note that I did not say you have to belong to the official faction to come up with the idea - but you pretty much need to have someone in the faction able to present it. We DO have skype groups set up already specifically for these things between the leadership of the factions - coordinating events, and massive discussion of proposals that could affect each other. It also helps that the leaders of all the factions involved belong to at least one of the other factions involved, too, for familiarity.
That way, for example, if someone says something in the Mindshare chat, it won't come as a shock to me when it's presented in the Core/Order/K'Hara chat. So yeah, come up with something so we can talk about it. Just realize what we already do - changes here normally take a few months to happen.

I don't see how the ships are broken and what not. Really.
The only thing that changed that i hate is that the Order cant go to Alaska anymore, or some I'm told. I remember when there used to be major fights going on there between the order and LNS and LN. Now there barely is any.
Order can go to Alaska all it wants mate. Hell they got a base there. The issue is no one wants to waste 15 minutes flying there through empty systems.
Order should not have been "raiding" NY and that is probably why they were moved so far away. Were getting way to many noobs in caps raiding a lawful area of space, instead of fighting the Nomads like they were supposed to.
I like the Order ship line, and have a few. They are not OP, but they are also not crap. Just need to learn how to use them to there strong points.
Order took a BIG hit with the loss of Toledo and Isis in the time between .85 and .86.
It makes sense for their ships and stuff to become weaker. You don't lose your whole base of operations, and stay as strong as you were before, it just doesn't happen.
Sure, the Order cap line received quite a nerf in terms of pvp and zoi, but that was probably for the best. What the Order does have, is a powerful snub line and a monstrous gunboat. I'd say that balances out.
The transition to .86 was actually pretty good for the Order. So what if they lost control of the biggest camping ground in the server? They gained a very cool new system with some nice bases in it.
I've been with the Order official faction for just about three years and the only real gripes I've had have been to do with conspiracy class snubs being lolwuts. These problems have been virtually eliminated nowadays, so there's little to complain about.
