Good day colours and recruits,

Today I come forward to you with a perhaps somewhat saddening news as I'll be announcing my resignation as a boss from the Reaver Company. This means we either need a replacement and I would like someone of you that feels up for the job to contact me privately where we can discuss the details and what has to be done to create a solid transfer of positions.

If no one comes forward or perhaps the ones that did aren't up to the job after talking to them, then this would mean the Reaver Company will be closing its doors. Again I will try to make this all work out smoothly for you and make sure none of you feel stabbed in the back when you stand in front of a set of locked doors at any of our offices.

Lately I have been caught up with a lot of problems on a personal level and the stress that kept building up over time due to still wanting and having to lead you guys added to this. I need to relief myself from some pressure and thus are pulling the plug of my responsibilities for the company, this for the sake of me not going crazy or ending up in a hospital due to a deterioration of my health level.

Keep in mind that if the Reavers have to close their doors all our contracts will automatically and remotely your clearance to their vessels, this may result in some of the Reaver obtained ships to become useless for Combat purposes, this also influences any other non-civilian hardware.

I hope everyone had a good time being in this company, and hope that if the company lives on without me it will still be a place where people can work like they wished for and can give the Reaver contractors a bright smile on their face.

This news is indeed saddening. My Time here in the Company has been both eye opening and enjoyable, and i've made friends here, but not just that, i made brothers and sisters in arms. Hearing of your resignation saddens me, and i am sure the other Colors aswell.

I have been glad to have been working with you and the others here, and your resignation will surely leave a hole open in our Rainbow. I hope your future will be safe and peaceful where ever it may take you.

It was an honor to know you and best of luck in the future. I am sure the Company will survive. We have many dedicated Colors fit to lead, one of them will surely continue our work.

I can't even say I've met you, but from how well the Company's been run for the short time I've been here, and before that, I'm sure..

Well. It seems you've got your mind set on this. Nothing I can change. I haven't even got a color yet.

Closest I've been to a leader figure was as a sarge in the LPI, and hell, everyone knows that's just a matter of finin' enough innocent civilians.

Find someone good for the Company, yeah? I'd hate to see it go; the only place I can go back to's my old cop life. And that wasn't exactly good.

Don't get yourself killed out there, either. From what I've heard 'bout you, that'd be an awful waste of a brilliant pilot.
