Jack folds his hands, giving her an unreadable look. "Ellie my dear.. Answer the question, would you like help? After all.. What else do you have to lose, what harm could it do."
Mumbling something, running a hand through his hair. "You're avoiding the question out of conflict.. Please. Would you like to have help in this matter, or would you rather be stuck to your current life."
Her thoughts spiral again, with the other Voice that has returned.
"A chance.. use it.. or give it up."
"Are you going to succumb to it..? Are you?
"I have no other choice.. I want my life to get better.. but.."
"Doubt.. you're doubting it. Why?
"Progress can't be made without sacrifice.."
The thoughts fly away, once more just plain blank. She had her answer. Whether she was going to regret it or not, that she did not know. "Just.. do it.. I hate this. All my life ever has been is just dread and sorrow.. I want it to change."
"Find you a home. Or.. a hypothetical one, besides the Commonwealth of course." Quickly saying, glancing around the area surrounding them. "Sounds insane, hm? Although, its what i'm offering. If you would leave it, by all means. However.. I'd like to meet you sometime in space if you are interested. I can assure you, nothing could 'possibly' go wrong."
Returning a forced smile, although looking at how Ellie looked physically carefully, analyzing her figure. "I'm sure you'll be welcomed. Of course i'll be there, as well as a few others you may, or may not know. But until then? You'll be stuck in a hole of being lost. What will you do Ellie?"
"A home..? What is there that I could possibly call home?" Rather confused at the statement she received.
"As for what I'll do.. *tsch* probably nothing of interest to you, atleast.." Adding it as a rather cold remark. "Either I'll find myself alive, searching for a purpose.. Or maybe somebody will find me somewhere out in nowhere, long gone. Dead."
Eyeing upwards once more. But returning her face downwards once again.
"A nice way to live.. ain't it.."
A short, cold laugh came out of her vocal cords. Subsequently looking at Jack for a few seconds with a rather eerie smile. "I'm sure nobody will care."
Jack folds his hands placing them on his lap as he thinks of his next words for a few second, turning his head to face her. "Very well.. If you'd like to think as such, i'll stop asking questions then. Instead, I will say one thing."
Pausing, eying her facial expression for a moment. "Next time you are in space, please look for the vessel's name which is encoded in this chip." Reaching into his pocket and producing a small data chip.
"If you honestly think you have nobody who will save you, or even care, perhaps something can be worked out."
Reaching back into his pocket, grabbing a piece of paper, jotting down a note, passing it to her. "The decryption password. If you decide to use it, that is up to you." Standing up.
