Most of the infected rheinland officers stationed on the shipyards \ capital ships in the cloud would've most likely been able to get away after the war was over (which kinda happened shortly after the destruction of the production complex), thus meaning that any base present in that specific location would either be a Das Wilde outpost, or a fully fledged Nomad outpost...

Atleast that's what i think.

Keep em'. They are probably a historic site, if anything, or a pilgrimage point for Wilde.

I just thought of something, everyone is saying that large ships cant be sold there because there would be no way to get them out, how in space did the RM get the battleships and cruisers in there during single player part?

1. New secret research station (Rheinland doesn't have any) for researching Wilde/Nomads.

2. Jump Hole to Braunschweig

3. New shipyard building newest Rhienland ships - RH bomber, Mjolnir SHF, Xing's superbomber...

To all of the above... YES! This would be so awesome. Honestly, this would be extremely nice. Perhaps we could get something akin to the Corinth passage in Omicron 74, with the long, twisty, maze-like corridor?
