Greetings everyone, it's your dear old man bringing you some recent stories from his travels.
Recently things have been quiet, and with some of our pilots taking an extended leave to visit their families in the new year, I found some empty schedules on one of our transports that I could use for a longer trip.
Leaded out with a fine haul of Kusari Rice and Miyazaki Rum, as well as some "personal security" equipment that some folks seem to like, we set out to find potential new customers in the Omicron regions.
Tensions at home and abroad have simmered down quite a bit, and our vessel the Kani-maru ventured into Delta without witnessing the usual desolation and plasma throwing that we are used to there.
In fact, the place was devoid of contacts of note, zoner folks saying that Core had been focusing on their own internal affairs, and that some Rheinland enterprise had opened up a new commercial hub in the region, drawing some regular customers away from the bustle of the Freeport.
Unloading some of the goods and stocking up on Iridium for export, the Kani-maru set course for the Corsair homeworld. The trips was uneventful and the businesses went without issues of note.
With the fine Kusari products in the hands of our dear customers, we loaded up on artifacts, and set forth to Kamakura base in the upper sigmas.
It's not our most common checkpoint, but it felt necessary to stock up on fuel supplies that our colleagues in the area can arrange, and to keep up with local events.
Next, a passage to Kabukicho to deliver the artifacts, and pick up our shipment of Sake to hand over for trade to our suppliers in Tokai.
In the end fuel, sake and Iridium was delivered to the merchants, and we secured a new shipment of Rice and Rum for future trade. Nothing worth calling a deal of a decade, but honest work nonetheless.

Troubles have been on the rise at this point, as you surely noticed from the news. A pestilence called Blood Dragons has been plaguing the realms of New Tokyo and surrounding systems, in ways that only the Naval Forces can resist against. Several minor installations have been struck down, and our own company had to terminate operations on Iyo Construction Platform on the Kanto Field. Operations of Iyo Platform shall resume after a review of our goals and conditions in the capital.
In the meantime, we will relocate the services of Iyo Construction and Engineering back to Shikoku, back to our homegrounds. As for all pilots and agents in space, I'll remind everyone that our business is essential, and so are your lives. Seek protection and escort when available, do your work in safety, and avoid non-essential travel if the path is ripe with dangers. We must hold until the plague ends.
