Ignorant Zoner Destroyer incursion into Kusari space.
I-401 interdicted a Zoner destroyer class vessel, callsign: in New Tokyo, about to enter the jumpgate to shikoku. The zoner believed that his status as a zoner allowed him to violate kusari law. The zoner was levied with a fine for his breach of kusari law, but chose not to pay. Subsequently, the ship was destroyed. Guncam shots are attached below. A blackbox recording has bee sent via more secure means.
I-401 launched from Battleship Sado to interdict a bomber belonging to the Liberty Security Force. Lack of insignia indicated it is not a member of the primary organization. LSF ship held several remains of nomad infected pilots.
After further interrogation, the ship was destroyed for the very serious breach of kusari law and the nomad material was picked up by I-401.
a Naval Forces secondary vessel, the KDS-Yukkuri, was present for the incident.
The incident has been logged. All pertinent information pertaining to the LSF vessel in question is to be archived. In the future, all anthrocontaminated Exogen remains are to be incinerated on site.
Any unauthorized foreign military craft, actual or assumed, are to be pre-emptively shot down should their course take them toward or near Kusari Space.
Any diplomatic issues arising from this will be blamed on Blood Dragons or [Redacted].
Further treasonous actions by Rogue Naval Forces vessels
I-401 dispatched in pursuit of Previously identified rogue Naval Forces vessel KNF|KDS-Fukushima. Rogue vessel was in contact with another vessel bearing similar identification. the KNF|KDS-Hiryu tentatively identified as a battlecruiser.
I-401 pursued the vessels into the Colorado system where there disappeared, presumably due to usage of cloaking devices. Targets repeatedly proclaimed their allegiance to the exiled emperor and made other treasonous statements.
I-401 was crippled by pirate scum and LSF working together before the rogue vessels could be found.

The Situation is getting out of control. Specifically the involvement of LSF and Liberty Militants and the lack of effective response to liquidate the extraneous naval assets.
We are going to use other methods to ensure these vessels are no longer able to operate. Your orders meanwhile are to return to Matsue, scrub your I-401 designation, and update your ship's transponders in order to prevent further LSF investigation of your vessel. It is becoming a major operational liability to conduct overt operations across the Border in Liberty due to the anomalous nature of the LSF.
We will direct "Deniable Assets" to deal with the Rogue KNF vessels outside Kusari. Meanwhile, you have a new task.
You are to forge a connection between these Rogue Vessels and the Kusari Nationalist Party, regardless of any implicit or explicit connection between the two. I want falsified evidence and information linking the two, and I want staged operations if needs be. We will do what is nescessary to ensure this comes to pass.
