The Praetorian is a beautiful ship. The model and texture are nice, but what really sets it off is the quad-engine red contrails. Gorgeous^n.

Kinda hard to pirate in a Titan unless there's two of you:P

No longer active online due to a dwindling amount of non-PvP (trading, pirating, mining, etc.) fun in the new version.

I'd agree with you, but there's one big problem here. Praetorian hitbox is bugged.
The middle of the ship? It's gone. There's no hitbox in the middle. And that's where people usually aim head on.
To SN it or Razor it you need to hit it a bit on the side, near the wings, otherwise it just goes trough.
Which is hard (and I'm saying that as a SN whore).

Also, Preatorian is -not- easy to hit in chase fights. Due to it's shortness. Same is for Titan.
So the shape actually helps you to get hit less often in chase fights. Head on you are an easy target, yes, but that's where that hitbox hole saves you.
So when you take all into account, Praetorian is a bit above average bomber.
Average bombers are : Challenger, Falcata and Praetorian, but it's a bit above those two.. Can't think of any other.
Other bombers are either pwnzors or sucky ones.

And I completely agree with this. One of my favorite models, along with Barghest.

It is every Corsair's responsibility to die a beautiful death in defense of Crete, regardless of how OORP or how capwhoring the opposition is. Launch your fighter, joust the battlecruisers and die a beautiful death. Then, drink it down in the bar.

Can't let you bash folks in your sig Chopper-Del

Infact as an Outcast I know that the Praetorian is a very hard ship to hit.

Not only is it short from front to back compared to most ships it is also rather hard to hit on a joust. It may well be wide, however there is still comaratively little of it.

The torp slots are also in a very useful place, right out on the wings. I was really disconcerted when I got supernova'd in the face by a ship I could only see the wingtip of...

so yeh... Praetorian is a -great- sip. Plus its not that slow either.
