I am not available for this "Good Cop, Bad Cop" thing.
I didn't mention anything in regards of a destruction of this foreign outpost by a hostile force in the first place. I mentioned that there are destructive signs, such like: I guess that this depot wasn't abandoned for the reason of fun. Don't you think the constructor of it has abandoned and stopped maintaining it for a reason?
This remote space was and is unsettled, regarding the available information any tried settlement has failed and different to your definition the alien activity is pretty high compared to the region around Freeport 11.
Of course, as your entry-transmission is filled with flagging words, I decided to introduce one by myself. Your organization has caused mistrust and has indicated uncontrolled aggression and often degenerative behavior. Isn't this paradox in regards of your caring words?

Since we are a new group of zoners, you might not know us. If I summarize, we are a peaceful group of zoners dedicated to humanitarian projects. You will find more information about us here.

Note that we are not really present in omicron-delta at this moment. Occasionally we may visit this system to supply Freeport 11 but most of the time we transport goods and persons in House systems, Independent and Border worlds.
In case you visit us in omicron-74 we would appreciate that the Core does not start fights with ships of other factions unless Core vessels are assaulted.

The original maintainers of that depot abandoned it because simply they were small fish in a large pond. I assure you that with our power and influence, we can remove any hostiles within the Omicron Lost system and turn it into a safe haven for the Zoner population. Any ill news or information you have heard of us is most likely Order propaganda. They're quite desperate and will try anything to ensure their survival. How pathetic of them.
