Just to Clear it up I was Armored Transport Flying a Liberty Navy IFF and ID within New York System. So Basically the Fuzz, and I RP as a Prisoner Transport.

A decent pirate (in my mind) will stop you and make some RP before hand, be it ''the TBH are looking for 'donations' and your arrival here is most timely'' or ''I'm on the run and need coin, cough it up sunshine''. Either way, RP is RP, regardless of quality. What is unacceptable is just being shot and killed. Which didn't happen here, so for all intensive purposes this is legit piracy. Although i can understand your frustration at being pirated, it happens and, lets be honest, it does add a bit more flavour to trading.
