Dear Mr. Wingspan

For bureaucratic purposes I was asked to re-apply as Administrator for Freeport 8, despite both me doing so in the roll-call for active Freeport Administators and the fact that I have administrated Freeport 15.

But apparently, bureaucracy has taken over the Confederation of Freeports so I will dedicate my administration to reduce the bureaucracy and response times for requests, notificaiton and general inquiries.

Other than that, I do think my work on Freeport 15 speaks for itself, so therefore I have proven I am able to administrate a Freeport according to the rules and regulations of the CoF.

Black Sheep perhaps but it is a chance to show what you can do, aside from that please keep in mind that decor changes do have limitations. Anything of the following is not approved for decor within ANY Freeport at ANY time:

- Severed Body Parts mounted on the walls
- Female personnel with inappropriate uniforms
- Male personnel with inappropriate uniforms
- Loaded Weaponry of any kind
- Ancient Terran Roman Caligula themes
- Coalition Party Propaganda
- Photos of your Mother
- Photos of any Head of Sirian Houses
- Excessive Drug Related Paraphernalia (Usage of Imagery of the Great Malpacylpse is excluded)
- The testiculars of any male enemies you may have or had
