The Generalmajor is currently away handling important matters with other parties, and requested that I present to you the requirements for the next part of your "deal" with her.
The vessel, as negotiated will retain several Hessian personnel answering directly to the Generalmajor, should there be any hint of disloyalty or intent to use the vessel in a way the Army deems hostile will result in it's return. With that being said however the Army has gathered the materials required for the vessel, due to the war effort the IRG will need to find assets beyond the Army to gather the said materials if necessary at all. The funding promised to the Army must be provided as well, in accordance with the deal made between you and Generalmajor Heinrich.

We have provided the initial payment required to set things in motion, and the credits have been added to the necessary accounts.
I have reports with necessary evidence to confirm stage one of the supply manifest have been successfully fulfilled. One of my pilots did run into a bit of trouble with some of the Hessian underlings, which evidently was a hostile act. I'm sure this issue will be handled swiftly with the files provided. As losses were trivial and indirectly support the cause, we'll continue as if nothing happened.
On another note, I'd like to add my personal touch to certain components, namely the reactor, as we already have materials specialized for the task. With the reactor specialized from the start, it will enable us to make adaptations in the future more easily. Range and efficiency are always part of our goals in these sort of projects, so if you would allow for the addition of 2,500 units of Azurite Gas and one Ingenuus Power Cell node in the reactor's required manifest, we'd greatly appreciate the design freedom if allowed.

The secondary fleet will be further disciplined should any other misplaced hostilities occur. Azurite Gas, and the Ingenuus power cells remain alien to our engineers. While it may not be impossible, it would delay the construction of your vessel, unless of course you were to dispatch some of your engineers to assist. The roots of the reactor still must retain a dominant Hessian design for the Ragnarok cannon to work at full capacity, if you're willing to risk it being operational with less power in accordance with your request, that will be allowed as well.

We can provide the additional engineers to help modify the vessel to accept the power cell as in auxiliary power unit for the forward focused battery without greatly impacting the other systems. The sacrifice of overall space may be required, but core functionality would be maintained. The additional supply of Azurite Gas will allow us to properly channel the generator to the necessary areas and use our Cell at our maximum power potential within thermal limits. This may not improve the maximum power output of the vessel as a whole, but it will aid the forward battery to properly achieve our goals in the future. You can also assume another delivery report in the coming days. Stage II is nearly complete.
We will proceed with the delivery of the additional materials as soon as we are cleared to do so. The materials should be rightfully treated as hazardous, and stored accordingly; isolated and protected. Let me know if you require additional information.

I'd like to forward some information to you and the Generalmajor. We have record of all necessary deliveries for the construction project being completed, and construction should be evident by the mass of nearly functioning metal in dry-dock. Please inform General Heinrich that the previous agreement is still instated, I will be returning soon. The files are attached in the footer below.

The "Angurvadal" is nearing completion in light of the Generalmajor's order. The vessel as agreed will have mandated Hessian personnel aboard to operate certain areas of the ship. Additional retrofits to the vessel can be done at your discretion but should be run past myself in advance to doing so. The Generalmajor will monitor the ship's location, should any attempt at sabotaging the vessel occur - several divisions of the Generalmajor's guard will be deployed to ensure the safety of the vessel and yourself. Your contribution to the Volksrevolution and the Generalmajor will not go without notice.

This is excellent news. If possible, I'd like to meet with the Generalmajor to arrange the crew and anyone who would like to see the "Angurvadal" off on its maiden voyage. Though maybe it would be better that this affair be left a small but substantial ordeal. Regardless I'd like to meet with the Generalmajor to discuss our futures. Times are changing after all.

The Generalmajor is currently residing in her personal quarters to re-compose herself, given the set of events that have unfolded against the Generalmajor it is somewhat time consuming.
However, in light of your cooperation and value to the Volksrevolution, the Generalmajor will permit transit to her place of residence. You are to proceed to Wolfsberg shipyard where you will further directed.
