GRI ID hostile rephacks (to Junker bases, others)

It is possible that not all junkers dislike them, likely those not giving a damn about Trafalgar are left unaffected by the fall of the station. Perhaps if enough sufficiently convincing roleplay evidence is brought forward to support that, devs might even consider changing the reputation of the NPC faction to reflect that. I don't know for sure, only thing i'm certain about is that things won't change if you don't try your luck.

As far as I can tell, the rephack changes for this was server side, not client side.
