Where is that "Like" button? I want to press it around 1000 times.

Your sarcasm is funny. My statement was that their status is debatable, which was originally posted here. It's not black and white for them to be strictly ooRP or inRP, which is why instead of me writing another wall of text, I'll direct you to Spazzy's post which hit the nail on the head.

All of us like black and white scenarios because they simplify issues and give us easier time to understand something so we can move on. That's hardly the truth in real life though, disco included - almost everything is grey (The World Isn't Black And White). @sindroms's post illustrates that perfectly by pointing out why it isn't so clear-cut.

Ehh, there was no sarcasm. I must have misread your post and thought you were adamant the IDs should be OORP. My point is that the current system with the IDs being inRP items negatively affects certain factions. I agree with Spazzy that they should perhaps be OORP in certain cases that he outlined in his post. It always irks me when Das Wilde/The Wild ID players try to RP as military/intelligence officers and the players just go "LOL you're a nomad, all man battlestations!!!".

Glad to see someone noticed!

Here's an appropriate disco like button!
