Good day!
My name is John Riley. I serve as Guildmaster of the Octavarium Mercantile Guild. It's guild business that brings me here today. A number of Guild captains, including myself, operate Pitbull-class cargo trains acquired through a supplier here at Invergordon. It's an outstanding, if rough, large cargo transport for operating in dangerous places like the Border and Edge World systems.
According to the Libertonian Legal Code §III.1, these ships are prohibited from entering the Republic of Liberty unless it can be proven that the ship was not acquired from the Mollys or the Rogues, and the operator can prove non-hostile status with the Republic and its major corporations. As Natio Octavarium and the OMG satisfy both conditions, we would like formal permission to operate these ships within your borders.
