It would seem that there are some weeds growing in our rice fields.
As the Daimyo of the clan which currently owns Sendai Research Complex and adjacent base Usa Jingu (formerly knows as Bulwark of Kyushu), I have encountered this, rather peculiar situation*** with a pilot, Miss Yunoki Misaki, which seemed to belong to the Sisterhood.
I decided that I should personally explain the situation, from there you can see how it has evolved.
It would seem, that although we, here at Sendai, have been training GC scientists for such a long time, there are still those whom believe that no respect should be shown to the Blood Dragons Daimyo.
We have started an investigation on our end.

Kon'nichiwa, Daimyo Minamoto-san. I hope you have a pleasant day?
⧫ The Bulwark of Sendai
This Sister belongs to a cell within our movement, called the Gen'an Chrysanthemums. She is not under our direct command. Anyway, while I can see your reasoning regarding Sendai's and the Bulwark's tight security, I see absolutely no reason why the station had to shoot at an allied vessel. If your relations with them make you think it is the best to keep them off the Bulwark, then simply deny them access to the facility. This wouldn't have caused an uproar at all, as we all respect your sovereignty.
On the other hand, I am happy to see that I am still welcomed on the Bulwark of Sendai, given my work involves overseeing the development of our scientists as well.
Any further issues or problems can be resolved between you and the Gen'an cell on your own, past tensions between the Shogunate and the Gen'an cell proved me that both sides still have a lot to talk about. Unless it is really necessary, we would prefer not to interfere all too much, as it appears to be wasted time at this point.
Arigatō for your message, Daimyo.
