This is a message to all Gen'an Chrysanthemums Operatives,
Yesterday, 23 July 826 A.S. at 23:29 hours, a new anomaly in Galileo was discovered by the Sisterhood. Its location is in sector 3G, as confirmed by Sister Katsuki. It is concerning to us that a new unknown connection seems to have formed towards Rheiland. In the light of the current war with Rheinland and their frequent attacks on Honshu, we should be ready to anticipate a possible attack coming from the newly discovered 'corridor'. We received the intel by an intercepted Rheinlander in Galileo, who the Matriarch spared in return for his information and location of the anomaly. This further confirms that the Rheinlanders are already aware of its existence.
All operatives are adviced to be on guard when present in the southern border worlds and Morioka will have its security raised until the threat of the anomalous connection has been assesed. Included is the transcript of the conversation with the Rheinlander.
[23.07.2019 23:17:48] GC-Ketsurui: Hanako: "Who might you be, lancer?"
[23.07.2019 23:17:58] gf)Erich.Klugmann: A man who's seen and done perhaps too much.
[23.07.2019 23:18:10] GC-Ketsurui: Hanako: "Sounds very intriguing."
[23.07.2019 23:18:25] GC-Kirisame: I have never seen him before
[23.07.2019 23:18:30] GC-Ketsurui: Hanako: "A fine taste in ship."
[23.07.2019 23:18:52] GC-Kirisame: So far he has nothing that offends us
[23.07.2019 23:19:05] GC-Ketsurui: Hanako: "Interesting weaponry.. Oh, but he's a pirate."
[23.07.2019 23:19:15] gf)Erich.Klugmann: A "pirate?" Well... Not quite.
[23.07.2019 23:19:27] GC-Ketsurui: Hanako: "Disguising your Transponder as Freelancer to have the element of surprise?"
[23.07.2019 23:19:45] gf)Erich.Klugmann: No, I'm afraid I'm not interested in that kind of existence.
[23.07.2019 23:19:48] GC-Kirisame: Who else than pirates and traders pass through here?
[23.07.2019 23:20:21] gf)Erich.Klugmann: If you must know, I used to lead the Bundschuh Party.
[23.07.2019 23:20:33] GC-Ketsurui: Hanako: "Uh-huh.."
[23.07.2019 23:20:40] GC-Kirisame: Oh a Rheinlander
[23.07.2019 23:21:08] GC-Ketsurui: Hanako: "I suddenly like him a whole lot less."
[23.07.2019 23:21:11] GC-Kirisame: Most Rheinlanders in Kusari are trouble right now
[23.07.2019 23:21:25] GC-Kirisame: With the war in Honshu and all
[23.07.2019 23:21:28] gf)Erich.Klugmann: As I said, I ~used to.
[23.07.2019 23:21:41] GC-Kirisame: So what do you do now?
[23.07.2019 23:21:43] gf)Erich.Klugmann: It was before this current war.
[23.07.2019 23:21:56] GC-Ketsurui: Hanako: "Why are you here then."
[23.07.2019 23:21:59] gf)Erich.Klugmann: Now? I've been searching for a specific ship.
[23.07.2019 23:22:13] GC-Kirisame: Which one?
[23.07.2019 23:22:19] gf)Erich.Klugmann: I'm specifically here because I was exploring a jump corridor.
[23.07.2019 23:22:35] gf)Erich.Klugmann: It's a heavily-modified Hel-class variant called the Ostara.
[23.07.2019 23:22:56] GC-Kirisame: And you plan to bring this ship to Kusari?
[23.07.2019 23:23:22] gf)Erich.Klugmann: I don't, no. I have little bearing on Kusari whatsoever, I'm afraid.
[23.07.2019 23:23:33] GC-Ketsurui: Hanako: "My entertainment has waned."
[23.07.2019 23:23:53] GC-Kirisame: Stand down, I like talking to this one
[23.07.2019 23:24:11] gf)Erich.Klugmann: Well, I can show you where I came from, if it's not already in your Nav-charts.
[23.07.2019 23:24:19] GC-Kirisame: I am just curious why he thinks there is a Hel ship here
[23.07.2019 23:24:45] gf)Erich.Klugmann: There's an unstable corridor linking to Bering from here, from the first Rheinland Empire explorations of that area.
[23.07.2019 23:25:03] gf)Erich.Klugmann: I was looking around there. I found one ship, but it wasn't the one I was looking for.
[23.07.2019 23:25:07] GC-Kirisame: Bering is connected to here now?
[23.07.2019 23:25:19] GC-Kirisame: This is pretty concerning
[23.07.2019 23:25:35] gf)Erich.Klugmann: Yes - But I'm afraid any ship larger than a freighter would probably collapse the jump hole.
[23.07.2019 23:25:50] GC-Kirisame: At least that is something
[23.07.2019 23:25:56] GC-Ketsurui: Hanako: "Finding the corridor would be good to highten patrols in the area, but I don't recomend we explore it."
[23.07.2019 23:26:10] GC-Kirisame: Means they cant bring warships into a two front war
[23.07.2019 23:26:41] gf)Erich.Klugmann: It's at sector 3G in the dark matter storm behind you.
[23.07.2019 23:26:57] gf)Erich.Klugmann: It'll be where I return to, at least, pending our business here...?
[23.07.2019 23:27:30] GC-Kirisame: You can go. You display no hostile presence to the sisterhood
[23.07.2019 23:27:43] gf)Erich.Klugmann: I appreciate your leniency.
[23.07.2019 23:27:50] GC-Kirisame: And you gave us valuable intel
[23.07.2019 23:27:50] GC-Ketsurui: Hanako: "I shall scout said anomaly, then return home."
[23.07.2019 23:28:50] GC-Ketsurui: Hanako: "Seems he was telling the truth, an unstable anomaly has shown up on scanners."
[23.07.2019 23:29:27] GC-Kirisame: I dislike it linking Rheinland to us
[23.07.2019 23:29:48] GC-Kirisame: But only low mass ships can pass if he spoke the truth
[23.07.2019 23:29:51] GC-Ketsurui: Hanako: "As do I, I will inform our sisters to keep an eye on this cloud to ensure they do not pose a threat."
[23.07.2019 23:30:16] GC-Kirisame: So if Rheinland decided to suprise raid us, we can fight them on equal footing
[23.07.2019 23:31:02] GC-Ketsurui: Hanako: "We made quick work of them when they invaded Sigma-59 with warships, we'll make even quicker work here."
The anomaly needs to be investigated and it needs to be determined if we need to increase our security in the southern regions. Our current objectives are:
Send in a scout vessel to go through the anomaly and reconnaisance the system beyond it.
Investigate the potential threat to the security of the Golden Chrysanthemum controlled territories.
Investigate the possible utilisation of the new corridor to benefit our smuggling operations.
Establish a secure perimeter against hostile forces that may come through the anomaly.
Konbanwa Sisters.
I just completed the Reconnaissance of this new system. First of all it would appear the Rheinlander's info was correct. After entering from the Jumphole in Sector 3G of Galileo. I found myself in the system the Rheinlander talked about. It was rather devoid of anything of interest asides from what scanners matched as an old Rheinland Expedition vessel called the RES Dallman which whilst I was investigating the ship a Blood Dragan appeared. It appeared he was there for the same reason as I was. And I conversed with her whilst I continued exploring the system before finding the other jump hole in the system. This is the more alarming discovery. The system was indeed linked to Bering by another unstable jumphole in sector 7E with even part of the system residing in the Edge of the Tanner Belt in Bering. Whilst the Jumphole is too unstable for any heavy assets an Ace Rheinland squad could still sneak into Bering and use the system to flank into Galileo or even Shikoku itself possibly which was a subject I talked to the dragon about a bit. Whilst I am speaking of the Dragon they did say some rather intriguing things including operations in Omicron space and something involving The Order and The Nomads I will Attach the Guncams and the Audio log from this encounter below.
Now onto the Utilizing the system for smuggling and setting up a perimeter. With the unstability of the jumpholes any use of smuggling would appear to be diminished unless Freighters were to be used but I do not believe it would be a worthwhile endeavor in my opinion. As for the possibility of setting up a perimeter that seems to be impossible given we dont have any facilities near enough to support said perimiter in the Galileo system and watching it from the Bering side would be extremely risky due to the Presence of the Unioners, The Separatists and the Independent Pirates of Freeport 2 and the Zoners the aforementioned Pirates kicked out of their home who are fighting in hopes of retaking Freeport 2 coupled with the long distance from any reliable source of Cardamine would make any attempt worthless in my opinion.
I returned to Morioka after the recon and parting ways with the Dragon and I am currently awaiting new orders.

Audio Log of the conversation with the Blood Dragon
[15.08.2019 01:06:45] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Konnichiwa Dragon
[15.08.2019 01:07:00] BD|N.Teisatsu: Aisatsu. - See anything you like?
[15.08.2019 01:07:23] GC-Nakai.Yume..: No.
[15.08.2019 01:07:45] GC-Nakai.Yume..: System seems pretty empty aside from this thing so far
[15.08.2019 01:08:33] BD|N.Teisatsu: It's a backdoor for your trade at least. For us Dragons, this may prove to be too far out of the way.
[15.08.2019 01:08:51] GC-Nakai.Yume..: I doubt its effectiveness for our trade even
[15.08.2019 01:09:10] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Scanners read the jumphole as too unstable for any transport class vessels.
[15.08.2019 01:09:22] BD|N.Teisatsu: *she smirks* Yellow belly.
[15.08.2019 01:10:12] GC-Nakai.Yume..: I can't speak for you but I'd rather not waste transports get torn up by the anomaly of physics that are jumpholes
[15.08.2019 01:10:19] GC-Nakai.Yume..: especially an unstable one
[15.08.2019 01:10:36] BD|N.Teisatsu: Are you kidding? I love the idea, most interesting thing to happen in like, a month.
[15.08.2019 01:11:10] GC-Nakai.Yume..: *shakes head slightly* Things really been that boring for you?
[15.08.2019 01:11:53] BD|N.Teisatsu: Well, between the Kempeitai bringing Battlecruisers into Hokkaido and our Daimyo ordering us into the Omicrons... yeah.
[15.08.2019 01:12:20] GC-Nakai.Yume..: The Omicrons? That seems unusual for your group if I may say so.
[15.08.2019 01:12:36] BD|N.Teisatsu: *she clears her through* Forget I mentioned it.
[15.08.2019 01:12:48] GC-Nakai.Yume..: *Laughs slightly*
[15.08.2019 01:13:19] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Careful in the Omicrons...the Maltese may accept us but I do not know how they would react to dragons
[15.08.2019 01:13:41] BD|N.Teisatsu: Oh they actually helped one of our vessels several weeks ago.
[15.08.2019 01:13:49] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Huh...
[15.08.2019 01:14:04] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Must have been your vessels lucky day then
[15.08.2019 01:14:15] BD|N.Teisatsu: Especially when the IRMM were involved.
[15.08.2019 01:14:30] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Even more suprising that is.
[15.08.2019 01:14:44] GC-Nakai.Yume..: I heard they were the more guarded of the maltese groups
[15.08.2019 01:15:09] BD|N.Teisatsu: Eh, gaijin. - I don't personally care.
[15.08.2019 01:15:37] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Bold words considering you have stepped into their area now
[15.08.2019 01:16:16] BD|N.Teisatsu: I wouldn't call it 'their' area. - The Order and eh... 'nomads' have a greater presence where we're going.
[15.08.2019 01:16:47] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Order?...
[15.08.2019 01:16:55] BD|N.Teisatsu: Long story.
[15.08.2019 01:16:56] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Even bolder
[15.08.2019 01:17:02] GC-Nakai.Yume..: and Nomads?
[15.08.2019 01:17:19] GC-Nakai.Yume..: I have heard whispers from some of the maltese
[15.08.2019 01:17:23] BD|N.Teisatsu: Strange alien things. - Look I didn't even know or care until I joined up.
[15.08.2019 01:17:48] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Intriguing....
[15.08.2019 01:18:46] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Huh...the database found a match on this ship...
[15.08.2019 01:18:50] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Interesting
[15.08.2019 01:19:06] BD|N.Teisatsu: What have you found?
[15.08.2019 01:19:28] GC-Nakai.Yume..: The Vessel is the RES Dallman or whatever remains of it atleast.
[15.08.2019 01:19:43] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Rheinland origin?
[15.08.2019 01:19:46] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Here?
[15.08.2019 01:19:49] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Weird
[15.08.2019 01:20:05] BD|N.Teisatsu: Hah, hai. - I know my spacer history. It was an exploration ship.
[15.08.2019 01:20:46] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Hai that would make sense. Explains why it looks so banged up
[15.08.2019 01:21:15] BD|N.Teisatsu: Hm. Considering how unstable the jump holes are, you couldn't ship this thing out of there.
[15.08.2019 01:21:36] GC-Nakai.Yume..: So it was left to rot out here....
[15.08.2019 01:22:02] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Even if the engines worked they probably would not have made it out of here
[15.08.2019 01:22:09] Tip: Exploration often is very rewarding. The game world has randomized, hidden bases that do not otherwise show up on your map. Find them and everything inside is yours to claim.
[15.08.2019 01:22:12] BD|N.Teisatsu: Yet another tomb left to drift in the void...
[15.08.2019 01:22:30] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Much like the graves that fill the Sigmas currently....
[15.08.2019 01:23:38] BD|N.Teisatsu: Let the dead lie I say. - It's considered an omen for a spacer to disturb something that's been dead so long.
[15.08.2019 01:23:45] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Anyway I need to scout the rest of the system. and hai
[15.08.2019 01:23:52] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Lets leave it to rest
[15.08.2019 01:24:41] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Thats...strange
[15.08.2019 01:24:49] BD|N.Teisatsu: Hai?
[15.08.2019 01:25:05] GC-Nakai.Yume..: It appears these Asteroids match those of the Tanner Belt exactly..
[15.08.2019 01:25:30] BD|N.Teisatsu: Hold up, I'll run a correlation on the constellations.
[15.08.2019 01:25:40] GC-Nakai.Yume..: But....from Galileo to this close to Rheinland space?
[15.08.2019 01:25:49] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Surely it cant be?
[15.08.2019 01:26:06] BD|N.Teisatsu: Hah, it's a match. We're in Bering.
[15.08.2019 01:26:14] BD|N.Teisatsu: Or at least, at the edge of the belt.
[15.08.2019 01:26:46] GC-Nakai.Yume..: This close to Bering...
[15.08.2019 01:27:00] BD|N.Teisatsu: Getting ideas yet?
[15.08.2019 01:27:04] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Well I suppose it explains a Rheinland survet vessel.
[15.08.2019 01:27:14] GC-Nakai.Yume..: All I'm having is worries
[15.08.2019 01:27:48] GC-Nakai.Yume..: A Rheinland Strike Force could flank through here and hit into Galileo and Shikoku if they wanted to.
[15.08.2019 01:28:25] BD|N.Teisatsu: I never thought of that...
[15.08.2019 01:28:44] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Obviously it wouldnt be any heavy assets
[15.08.2019 01:28:53] BD|N.Teisatsu: But where is here exactly and just how did that first century vessel get out this far?
[15.08.2019 01:29:07] GC-Nakai.Yume..: I have no clue
[15.08.2019 01:29:08] BD|N.Teisatsu: Have you mapped any more jump holes?
[15.08.2019 01:29:20] GC-Nakai.Yume..: None so far
[15.08.2019 01:29:26] GC-Nakai.Yume..: We should press on
[15.08.2019 01:30:39] BD|N.Teisatsu: I'm getting something... you?
[15.08.2019 01:30:45] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Hai
[15.08.2019 01:30:55] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Unstable....
[15.08.2019 01:31:06] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Much like the one to Galileo
[15.08.2019 01:31:27] BD|N.Teisatsu: Well... at least we won't be seeing Daumann construction vessels pouring in to build a supply depot for the Military.
[15.08.2019 01:31:40] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Well.....
[15.08.2019 01:31:53] GC-Nakai.Yume..: If they were to use freighters exclusively....
[15.08.2019 01:32:22] GC-Nakai.Yume..: They could supply a small force operating in Galileo
[15.08.2019 01:32:37] BD|N.Teisatsu: It'd be best to find where it leads, then panic.
[15.08.2019 01:32:41] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Hai
[15.08.2019 01:32:54] GC-Nakai.Yume..: I will go first then
[15.08.2019 01:32:59] BD|N.Teisatsu: By all means.
[15.08.2019 01:33:10] GC-Nakai.Yume..: If we lose contact....
[15.08.2019 01:33:16] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Assume the worst.
[15.08.2019 01:33:24] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Ok here goes nothing...
[15.08.2019 01:33:55] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Time to worry?
[15.08.2019 01:34:04] BD|N.Teisatsu: Wa-i! I love those holes.
[15.08.2019 01:34:13] BD|N.Teisatsu: See? You're still alive.
[15.08.2019 01:34:23] GC-Nakai.Yume..: *sighs* For now...
[15.08.2019 01:34:38] BD|N.Teisatsu: Uhhhm. We are in Bering.
[15.08.2019 01:34:47] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Hai
[15.08.2019 01:34:52] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Time to worry?
[15.08.2019 01:35:04] BD|N.Teisatsu: Eh, not really. - You do know what's happened to this system right?
[15.08.2019 01:35:19] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Torn between the various unlawfuls?
[15.08.2019 01:35:36] BD|N.Teisatsu: And the supposed separatists.
[15.08.2019 01:36:07] BD|N.Teisatsu: I heard they have one hell of a fleet.
[15.08.2019 01:36:12] GC-Nakai.Yume..: I suppose they could make it hard for the Rheinlanders to get through
[15.08.2019 01:36:32] GC-Nakai.Yume..: But I wouldnt be suprised if the Rheinlanders could sneak through...
[15.08.2019 01:36:54] BD|N.Teisatsu: Rheinlanders are crazy enough for sure, trust me, I know one in particular...
[15.08.2019 01:37:01] GC-Nakai.Yume..: Oh?
[15.08.2019 01:37:16] BD|N.Teisatsu: Hah, again, long story.
[15.08.2019 01:37:35] GC-Nakai.Yume..: You have alot of long stories.
[15.08.2019 01:37:53] BD|N.Teisatsu: *she sighs* Yeah...
[15.08.2019 01:38:27] GC-Nakai.Yume..: I best get back to Morioka and report this information to the Matriarch
[15.08.2019 01:38:58] BD|N.Teisatsu: Hai. - I have other missions to attend to. Daimyo Nakai doesn't let us rest.
[15.08.2019 01:39:20] GC-Nakai.Yume..: I know the feeling.

Subject: Laptev
The Rheinland expeditionary vessel in Laptev confirms a high probability of Rheinlander being aware of the existence of the corridor towards Kusari. It being linked to Bering is a troubling turn of events. Bering is a cesspool of conflict and the factions there might decide to try and take control of Laptev and from there encroach onto our territory.
As for the smuggling. There are more profitable ways to spread our cardamine. Sigma has been our primary trade route into Rheinland and will remain so. Our larger transports won't be able to pass through Laptev and the possible increased risk with the short term focus of enemy factions on the systems will hinder our trade. Small shipments may pass thought when it is worth the risk. We will keep an eye on the system and remain vigilant on the movement of enemy forces.
The presence of Blood Dragons in Laptev was unexpected, but her talk about them operating in Omicrons even more. I wonder what business they have there.
