Herr Mendez, it is sad to hear that some of our people decided to attack and pirate our allies. The SOA is always keen to hunt down these traitors and treat them properly. However, we appreciate your message with the containing logs and we hope that the transport captain and his crew did not suffer any harm. It would be easier to act on this if you would provide us visual evidence of this fellow hessian. Anyways, in this case, I'll deal with this matter myself.
