What you have to know, Black, is that Gallian Royals( means police and navy ), lead by the king, dislike all foreigners, and the king wants to wage war with the whole rest of Sirius.

The Council is the one who wants neutral/friendly relations with others, and encourages all strangers with peaceful intentions to come to Gallia.
The system right at the beginning of Gallia, Languedoc, is owned by the Council. Also Champagne.

In between are the royalists, and numerous pirate bases in clouds and such.

The pirates all hate the royalists, and mostly maintain either neutral, friendly, or even allied relations to Council.

The Council is allied to the Maquis, and friendly to Brigands. Unione Course is neutral.

That's in short what I can tell you, read the Gallian RP threads for the rest.

Well not all pirates are enemies to the royalists, The Corse is a bit special.. Being the mafia they are innocent till proven guilty i guess.

from the looks of the the previous post I think I really want to play online rather than SP
