Queen Carina's title was indeed expanded to include Inverness a few years ago, but this was only applied in the Charter while the Constitution was not changed due to the state of war. It is not your mistake for not mentioning Inverness, but you should know for the future.

Head to the nearest immigration office and convey them your questionnaire and my approval stamp. They will take a photograph of your face, scan your pupils and fingerprints, take your DNA and so forth. It may sound like a complicated process, but this is the 9th century and today we can do all of those within five minutes.

After that is completed, Mister Freeman, you can consider yourself a Bretonian. Welcome!
