All parties received a formal invitation to a joint summit with the Hogosha Alliance as intended negotiator. An exact location and date shall be worked on here. Any questions regarding the details of our negotiations with the Brotherhood shall be answered here.

My name is Yoshikawa Ringo, a Saiko-komon of Nikkyo Consortium of Hogosha Alliance. I am speaking on behalf of the Alliance. Hogosha Alliance is ready to participate in a joint summit between Kusari Empire and The Corsairs. The Hogosha alliance will gladly provide the meeting on Suzuki Station, however, if this is nearly possible, we would like to take a hand and prepare a meeting on Luxury Liner Hawaii in Sigma-19. This would be both easy to arrive at and will serve as neutral ground between Corsairs. Hogosha and Kusari Empire.
Should all sides accept our suggestions as regards the Summit location, the Hogosha Alliance will provide the meeting and security on this neutral ground.

The Executor and the Conclave have decided to graciously accept the invitation to this joint summit. We ask for a bit of patience, however, as some of vital members of the envoy delegation are still returning from tending to our interests in Omegas, and we expect them to take a few more days to make their way back to Crete. We hope that will not test your patience too much, and that you will allow us to send a shipment of relics to Shirosato free of charge as a sign of sincerity.
In regards for the location, a diplomatic meeting in the middle of our enemy's territory does not strike us as the best idea. We would propose having the meeting take place aboard the Shirosato Station, which would also allow our delegation to inspect the station we would be visiting rather often, should the talks bear fruit. Of course, should our Hogosha friends deem The Hawaii to be a secure enough location, we will not argue with their judgment.

As said Saiko-komon, representative of the Hogosha Alliance, we accept their option that our talks happen on the luxury liner Hawaii. Its location is perfect because both parties can particiapate to defend in case we are interrupted by nuisances. About the time, you may see when it fits for you all and I shall follow.

Following the general acceptance to the proposed location by the Hogosha representatives, the Foreign Ministry decided to follow this call and commenced arrangements for an incognito travelling delegation to the Hawaii. We assume that the Hogosha Alliance is most capable of organising the required premises for a summit of this size once a clear date was settled on.
In accordance to the wish expressed by the Deterrence Conclave representative, as well as to grant the Custodi representative a few more days to state whether they wish to participate or not, the Foreign Ministry agrees to delay the date of the summit for several days.

The brotherhood would like to remind you that custodi is no longer a recognized by the Council of Elders as a force within (no longer official) the empire hence we don't see any reasons to delay the negociation further. We should proceed to the meeting in coming day.
I apologise for a delayed response to your communication. The affairs of the wider Sirius take their time to reach through to Attica, and the current government of the Custodi did not see it fit to respond to your communications. As such, I must regrettably inform you that we will have to decline to participate in the summit, at least in an official capacity.
In spite of that, I would like to express my and the Archon's congratulations to all the parties involved in the agreement between the Council of Elders and Kusari to begin an amicable relationship between our two nations.
However, should you believe our presence to be worthwhile, especially given our - and especially my father's - past ambitions with respect to the Sigma-21 system and Planet Saigon, I would be perfectly happy to arrange for a delegation to be sent as observers to the location of the summit.

I must notify you that Hogosha Alliance has an agreement with Orbital Spa and Cruise to lease Luxury liner Hawaii as a meeting point between our Groups. I, as a Hogosha representative, have already departed to the meeting point to prepare everything for the comfortable, safe and private meeting between the Kusari Uchugun and Corsairs representatives of the Brotherhood, Detterence and Custodi delegations.
