My name is Lillian Genda, currently operating out of an independent research outpost overlooking the phenomenom occurring within the Omicron-Tau border systems. Browsing through the neuralnet and monitoring the odd broadcast that manages to break through the interference out here in the middle of nowhere has brought your organization to my attention. I have extensive experience with regards to the "strange" and "unexplainable" from my former employer's explorations into the unknown regions of Sirius space.
My resume will be submitted alongside this data packet and so I do apologize for the encryption as the time delay between this message and you receiving it will have meant three to four days of travel before I receive the reply. Security is paramount and our facility's defenses are, though enough to deter and repel, not enough to completely nullify the dangers of some unscrupulous attention being directed towards us.
Fair winds,
Dr. Lillian Genda

Freelance
Experience (if applicable): Research assistant to, formerly MIA now deceased, Dr. Weiss Hausenberg of the Independent Freelance Ship ARANT; serving in the capacity of spatial anomalies surveyor. First-hand experience on the effects of dark matter exposure and localized containment procedures. Experienced in logistical and personnel management. Experienced in crisis management and localized ship repair. Basic firearms and CQC training.
Bio: Served between 823-826 A.S. aboard the IFS Arant as a part of the eccentric but brilliant Dr. Weiss Hausenberg's dedicated and specialized research team in the capacity of Spatial Surveyor; responsible for the examination and processing of "theoretical" applications both civilian and military of discovered anomalies. In 825 A.S. the IFS Arant mysteriously disappeared after entering an as yet unnamed, unstable jump hole found in the distant borderlands of space. Suffice to say when the IFS Arant came back out a year later, battered but intact, out of said jump hole whomever had decided to rescue them had held them to the highest secrecies, disbanding the survivors and reinstituting them into the Houses.
Reason for Joining: It's time to strike out. There are things out there that no one knows of. With secrets hidden in plain sight. Department(s) Applying for: Research & Exploration

Salutations Dr. Genda,
It's not often we have researchers come to us from such a distance, but it's a welcome one nonetheless. Your application is approved of course. Report to Ikarus Station in Tau-23 near Java Station.
There are plenty of opportunities for exploration as a researcher in Starlight. We're glad to have you aboard!
