As this project is evolving more and more, I am also getting burdened by this project, while it is a fun one for me, I hope it is for you as well.
As of now, most of the RP has been done on the forums, and please forgive me if I have been slow to reply to some. This thread will serve as a feedback thread where you can post what I may have done right, or what I may have done wrong, it can be constructive criticism, or just pointing out the things that you disliked or boundaries I may have overstepped.
And finally, this thread will serve as a feedback thread for the project itself, and a way to make it better to both parties, to you and me. So, if you have ideas, or things you would like to share, that could improve this project, please do so! I am also considering to make it a faction, so that others that may want to try out this kind of RP can, of course, as explained below, please post if it is a good idea or not!

Well, this would be difficult! But I understand. I chose this video game (Library of Ruina) for its assets, as they are extremely easily interchangeable and thus editable. Therefore, I can create a character that is basically unique but entirely with assets from the game. I doubt it's a navy uniform, though it would have been equally cool, and yeah I agree, the Zweihander is too much.
So yes; if I wanted to open up the project, the would-be member would have a unique one indeed, with less difficulty than say, a character taken from a movie.

RP is a very subjective thing so I can comment only on what I have observed to be a pattern in your case. Being an inRP private investigation agency, you RP as too oblivious about your contacts. Take your case with OSI for an example. A corp like OSI has a lot of information about what they do available inRP on the neural net similarly to how RL companies show what they do and what services they offer commercially openly on the internet. It is not rocket science for anyone to check it before contacting them. You have approached so far multiple entities with that kind of oblivious approach, in some cases (unlawfuls) it is more justified, in others - not so much. Any self-respecting investigation agency would first do it's homework before contacting a company and asking them to provide services at discount that they normally do not even offer. No wonder they refused: such approach is inRP dodgy, not credible, and unprofessional. If you want to keep working on this RP you should, imho, show your knowing stuff and connections. Because this is what private investigators are hired for (aside from snooping skills).
Yes, indeed, that is something even I noticed, is that my RP is too oblivious, I suppose I RP like that to get more information out of a discussion.
About OSI, it really was a massive f*ckup, I didn't want to reveal to the faction who I am RPing, so I used those cannon-fodder with RP shell organizations, but I suppose, as you put it, for unlawfuls, would be more justified, that's kinda what I'm going for: the Office is made of ex-police officers, and some are on the run, effectively making it more "quasi-legal", plus, the RP is to get as much contacts as possible, and deal with absolutely everyone, regardless of ongoing conflicts or whatever.
I am quite disappointed at myself for the OSI mishap, really, it's entirely my fault, but I tried to correct it but, I guess they don't want to. Can't blame them.
Oh, indeed. That is exactly what I am doing with SLRC, with gifts from the Office to them. But for OSI, I can only confirm, it was a complete disaster.
And finally, showing off the connecting and the knowledge accumulated is indeed a good thing, I agree with that opinion. I think future RP will have that too.

Another point I would like to mention; you need to be careful as ‚private investigator‘ what information your character as and which he does not. I’ve monitored the situation around the Gallic Royal Forces and asked myself how your character knows about the center of their operations.
I might have mis- or overread something (can happen ofc), but I don’t recall any RP/screens with/of Royalists revealing their operations‘ heart to your character
Thank you for appreciating my objective to go full RP, I really want to highlight the RP in DiscoveryGC RP, also because after countless PvP - most of them lost, I've lost the drive to, and I found that going full RP, even not at 100%, is even more enjoyable.
Thank you for proposing to help, appreciate that a lot, I might have to but, I have no problem using "anime" characters, actually, it's really handy and easy to use, and I like this particular style, so, I'll keep on for now, except if it really is a roadblock to continuing this project, which I hope it isn't... I hope I will continue to be judged on the quality of my roleplay and not on my personal preferences. But thank you again, as I said, I might need it eventually!
And, for the Gallic Royal Forces... Erm, maybe my memory is blurry but I don't recall doing anything related to them...? Or at least regarding their base of operation? I might be completely mistaken of course, please enlighten me on this, it's actually pretty concerning if this went actually went through.
