I always liked the old earth tale of the Monkey Hangers
If you Google Monkey Hangers' you will read of an incident that happened in the Napoleanic Wars in the Town Of Hartlepool, near Newcastle. Base is above Planet Hartlepool, in Newcastle. My Wife (Eve) and I had a life of piracy
You will find the Base is Hostile to you and the way around it is to use the Tag (Eve).
Eve and I used to enjoy looking at the center of attention and her 4 babies
The important parts are, center of attention and her 4 babies. There is one System in which the Planet is the 'center' of attention (ie it sits right in the middle of the map and is supposedly the largest Planet in Sirius. It has 4 Moons (babies). This is in Burgundy
In my days of piracy, I always enjoyed being based in a system that allowed the most ways of egress.
There are 3 Systems with 10 ways in/out. This one relates to Frankfurt. You never knew when you had to leave quickly.
Being a Pirate, he would to be to get to them all equally as fast (or as near as he could). The Base was below the Sun..
We liked to visit Freeport 7, before it was destroyed. Alas, we only managed it twice.
This one may have led you to S-17, but it didn't give you any idea of where to look. The actual 2 clues were Freeport 7 and twice (2x). Answer is Freeport 14 in Inverness.
Every now and then, Eve and I would holiday on a Luxury Liner. Here we would sample the finest wines in Sirius.
Some people decided this meant LL Hawaii, but the best wines come from Gallia and the LL resides in IDF (LL Belleville).
Sometimes, when the heat was especially on, I would hide in the frozen wastes.
This refers to Alaska The problem was, the smell wasn't particularly good. But hey, those are the breaks.
Refers to Prudhoe Skunk Works (the smell = skunk).
Now you have managed to get this far. It is just a matter of putting the clues together to reach the final goal.
The first solution, to find the System was to take the first letter of each of the system where the Bases were. This actually gave you N, B, F, I, I, A. A bit of poetic licence was called for to actually only accept the F from IDF. Thus giving you N, B, F, I, F, A. Jumble them up and you get BAFFIN.
The next part was the Base Numbers M1-0, M2-9, M3-8, M4-7, M5-6, M6-0. If you took the last number of each you ended up with 098760.
This was the position of the Base in Baffin. By using /pos and knowing how the numbers work, there were only 4 solutions.
0, 9876, 0
0, 987, 60
0, 98, 760
0, 9, 8760.
The first one was the correctly solution. This put it right in the middle of the System and 9876m above the plane.
'I would like to be half as clever as some people like to believe they are' Life is full of disappointments, it is how we handle them that helps to define us, as a person
damn!!! didn't saw that of the M6. my first option was leeds .. toxic waste .. but no ice fields, and then my best option was the Tarn Ice field on Roussilion because "the field is composed of particularly dirty bodies of frozen water" ... i look other places where the was some methane gas ... methane don't have smell i know but reacts with other stuff and stinks!! my bad but ok, still was fun and made more than 1/2 of the event, and i would never get the last base so ... all fine with my result.

Sir, I do not think that my English skill would allow me to solve that riddle haha... but it is an amazing new type of event indeed
Please, keep creating more, and maybe I will be able to solve one

I might be Late to this but This looks like it was a ton of fun and I certainly hope to see more, I love this kind of puzzle solving!!!
10/10 @St.Denis Thanks for the dedication!!! This was definitely no easy feat to build. Hopefully I can take part in the next one
I was on hiatus from Disco when this was done, but I really like this idea, nicely done St. Denis. Looking at what was involved, I doubt I would have had the time to solve it, but it would have been fun to work on. Hope to see more like this in the future! Maybe some with lower time commitment/reward.
