It's most likely a problem with your internet connection. I get the same thing, on my home internet connection I lag so badly the console boots me even if I'm in a base. On the USA server I get something along the lines of 1000ms ping and 87% lag on a bad day, but that server doesn't boot you like the official one does.

Yep it's true.I have really tried everything before reinstalling windows,but sadly nothing helped.
Now it has passed more the one month from doing it,and still everything works great.
However I never discovered what was the problem,but I am thinking that some sort of virus was fault which was placed in windows itself.
