"Extractor"-Class Mining Knowledge Knowledge to utilize the standard mining array to it's fullest against Copper
Current Status:Failed
Scans of the Coronado System have shown that there is a deposit of Copper hidden away within the Sierra Vista Nebula. Being the Copper has been used for quite some time as a method for transferring electricity, it's use case within the Starfliers Research Complex wouldn't be too far off. Having a steady supply of copper would mean that the research teams can request certain circuits to be added into the wings, enabling complete flexibility with whichever research tools the team would like to use.
On top of this flexibility, having our Freighters and Transports being able to obtain it independently means that we can have a surplus of Copper to repair any damaged or overloaded circuits, or in the worst-case scenario, create backup circuits within the station so that our research teams may continue uninterrupted while our engineers repair the damage in the background. All of this would spawn from the knowledge to mine resources effectively, and as copper is the most reliable source to transfer an electrical current from Point A to B, we would naturally be interested in servicing our own needs rather than relying on outside help.
Main Features
The Starfliers would get training from a reputable mining organization
Gives our Freighters and Transports pilots knowledge on how to mine copper efficiently
Allows the Starfliers to keep up with their research team's electrical demand for their equipment
