Saluti, Monsieur Halpert Kennedy,

Indeed. The exploitation of the Casino Race Track has been a project within the Unione Corse, and thus the Government of Provence for a while. As we have opened gradually to accept installations from other groups, as well as foreign companies, we have also been considering to open the Race Track, and invite any and all competitors interested in participating in a healthy competition. Though, this race track is particular as it is damaging to ships if you go outside of the track.

If you would like, you can be the first step toward continuing the project, as it is has not advanced much, as we are focused on organizing our autonomous region. Fortunately, we are indeed open to the suggestion.

What would you like to do? I advise you to check the race track. Maybe with us too? What do you think about tomorrow or Saturday 15th, at this hour, to check the race track, and discuss about it?

Assuming of course you guys laid out the mines. I'm ready for a nap, but do reply here. Better to keep all the details in the one spot. I've mentioned already my sleep schedule is upside down and back to front, it's all whack. So meeting you at the track is a no-go.
