With little contact on this project and the security concerns within our home slowing down, I'd like to re-establish lines of communication and begin finding a path forward. A colleague will step in, in the event I'm unavailable for response.
That being said, it may be worth exploring options in Ontario for seizing and securing access to an Archer in the event patrols are increasing. I'll send out some probes to keep an eye out.
