Good day,

your installation is not showing up within any registrations nor did my investigation team see up to date licensing. Even Liberty Navy installations are registered in the database. So I'd like an explanation on why this is not registered. If I don't get an answer within 24 hours I assume this is not actually Navy sanctioned and ping them about it if there's no other solution proposed. Usually we fine those installations a flat 100,000 credits too but I'll wait for your explanation. I do say I don't appreciate you holding petty prisoners without LPI involvement.
