[Systems & Infocard] Missing Moon on IDF System

Bug: Missing Moon

Reproduction Steps:

• Go to IDF System
  
• Head to Planet Creteil
  
• Read and found Creteil had a moon called "Brunoy"
  
• Explore the system wide
  
• See it is missed without nothing to see
  

Additional Information:

The Old Wiki have this one as a reality, but in system, where the hell it go? or at least, where the updated infocard go?
Cannot be asorbed by sun, since the distances are one lower and one upper side ... so, where did it go?
A moon cannot be missing just because he wanted ¬¬
Brunoy Hideout is a base not a moon, so ...
Where did it go? can't find anywhere in gallia ...

The Game says as the second picture (taken from Nav Map from Barrier)
But the missing moon is like the first picture ...

I vote for Give back the damn Creteil moon into the game! D:

...The moon is already present as a dockable base. In any event, it's received a model + infocard revision to make this more obvious. Fixed.
