[EFFECTS] Effects on Capital Weaponry after 5.2 Update (Antiproyectile Weaponry)

Drivers Updated always but i found this should bring the issue damn CapitalClassFix.dll file as it was catch-up by Kaspersky as a the cause of issues, it was referencing and bring it up the table, i checked it and wasfixed...
So that damn .dll caused performance issues and missing flak effect
And the issue (if you see the videos) can find caused by any flak of any class and house...

And i always have drivers updated...
31.0.101.2130 for iGPU
565.90 for Nvidia (01/10/024)

P.D: It was not catch up before...but why?

I doubt that DLL could be the troublemaker as it's no longer loaded by the game, even if it is still in the folder.
