It is a pleasure to make you acquaintance. I am Jaina Wheeler, member of the board and currently coordinating the rollout of this ship. It will be my pleasure to coordinate further deals with Galway. Indeed many of your gold and shipyard systems help power the current testing craft. Our internal testing is basically complete, a public announcement will happen imminently but I see no reason to wait with a trade agreement until then.
The results of the testing have been very positive. With excellent performance in the mixed, somewhat dangerous environment we operate in, it's been more than reliable.
Now we don't yet have the capacity for a massive rollout of these ships, with our own dry docks having been built and expanded for just this project. I do believe we can help each other speed this up. There is a ship that has just been completed, that is not yet sold or assigned. We'd be willing to part with it so you can begin your own testing runs and we can help train at least one crew in its operations.
We would even be happy to offer this first craft at a discount. There is one problem we're starting to encounter across house space. Despite staying under the power output limit required for the tonnage to not be a warship, houses are barring access to the ship class categorically. If you could use your weight as one of Bretonia's prime companies to avoid our ships being affected by such a law, we'd value that with said discount and can occasionally prioritize a Bulwark construction for you.
For all future craft, a cooperation in speeding up these builds would be beneficial. Reserving some of your manufacturing power and maybe your desired shipping company to make sure we can maintain a just in time scheme.
Please do let me know if this is possible and we could welcome your crews for training as early as you can have them transferred to Bering.
Hello! This is Emily, Chairman Kingsley's secretary.
It comes to my understanding you are processing our large order of "Bulwarks". I would like to inquire about the status, if it is not too much of a bother.
Oh!
I see there are unanswered prompts from your end, let me remedy some.
"There is a ship that has just been completed, that is not yet sold or assigned."
Due to the rather late nature of the current situation, my professional guess is that Galway brokers will arrive in groups to pickup the finished products at an organised date.
"avoid our ships being affected by such a [Bretonian] law"
As it currently stands, the United Kingdom of Bretonia
Charter of Interstellar Law has not pushed any sort of restrictions towards these armored transports. Rest assured that Galway will step in to fortify Bristol's clearance in Bretonian space should it be deterred one way or another.
"Reserving some of your manufacturing power and maybe your desired shipping company to make sure we can maintain a just in time scheme."
Our logistical director Ms. Powell has informed me that Bristol Bulwarks have been our #1 customer aboard Coleraine, I believe that this cooperation was already written in stone, particularly when Galway transports delivered all the way to the Akutan facility in Bering.
That would be all for now. Mr Kingsley's top priorities once he returns from his mud baths on Baden Baden will be to reacquire about the status of the order,
until then.
Best Wishes,
Emily Bradford

Emily here again! Hope I have not taken too long to call you back Ms. Wheeler.
Unfortunately, Mr. Kingsley will not be able to attend the trade agreement. An incident revolving Gallic ships near Freiburg have further submerged his stay on Baden Baden's mudbaths. In any case, he has given me a greenlight to continue with the deal in his stead.
On that note, Galway Frontiers excitingly announces it wishes to purchase six of your grandiose frigates!
As you may already know, we at Galway produce & deliver high quality ship components, and would like to offer you a discounted price for the required materials, with the inclusion of waiving shipping fees.
Whatever your offer may be, we are eager to hear back from you forthwith.
Best Wishes,
Emily Bradford

Good day Miss Bradford!
This will not be a problem at all, we've already begun laying the hulls of various ships with the large demand incoming to our company. Though we would love to take the offer of a batch delivery to speed this up.
Can you let us know the price for the following amounts? I will in turn then get you a quote for the price of the cargo fleet. Will there be any extra requirements? Docking Modules perhaps?
From your product catalogue, for the ship fleet we'd need:
1,146 Superstructure Systems
702 Reactor Systems
There are ships that were intended for our own fleet that have not yet been assigned and we could already hand over to you, allowing you to test these ships on this not inconsiderable shipping contract even.
I will be taking over these talks again as we've converged into the logistical side of this trade deal. I hope things are well for you over in Bering?
After reviewing the logs, I can confirm that atleast for the time being we do not need docking modules attached to the new ships. This may come down later, however.
As for the ship systems we have:
1,146 Superstructure Systems can be offered at $10,000 each to total $11,460,000. 702 Reactor Systems can be offered at $9,000 each to total $6,318,000.
We have a project of our own that could use these ships to assist, so I would ask if it is possible for us to take delivery of these ships prior to the systems deliveries. If this is acceptable to you I would ask that we take two ships now, and deliver 1/3 of the components afterwards. Each further delivery of two Bulwarks will be returned with the next third of the components until the deal is complete.
If you would like to arrange delivery of these components to your station, please let me know and we can work out pricing.
Regards,
Elena Powell, Coleraine Distribution Centre Managing Director

Good day Miss Powell!
I am very glad that we can proceed with the deal. We would indeed love to have these parts delivered. We would offer to match the bulk discount with our own. Valuing each Bulwark at 13,000,000 credits. We're glad for the smooth resolution and with parts in high demand across Sirius we want to make sure they reach us safely. To facilitate that we're already powering up two Bulwarks, running through systems checks and various other startup procedures. The vehicles will be currently sold unarmed. We will mount all standard equipment you bring along free of charge or offer to manufacture weaponry for use on the ship. Either way two transports will be ready in Bering by the time your crews reach us.
I look forward to hearing your feedback on the ships soon.
We can absolutely do deliveries. For such we have the following pricing:
1,146 Superstructure Systems can be offered at $10,000 each to total $11,460,000.
Delivery at $4,000 per unit to total $4,584,000 for delivery fees.
Grand total will be $14,000 per unit and $16,044,000 overall.
702 Reactor Systems can be offered at $9,000 each to total $6,318,000.
Delivery at $4,000 per unit to total $2,808,000 for delivery fees.
Grand total will be $13,000 per unit and $9,126,000 overall.
If this is acceptable to you then please also ensure your loadmaster is instructed to buy these items at the price of $14,000 for Supers and $13,000 for Reactors each. We will deliver 1/3 of this order first.
