Reproduction Steps:

• Dock at Scalpay Outpost in Tau-23.
  
• Note the conspicuous lack of a ship dealer icon.
  
• Go to the equipment dealer and commodities trader.
  
• Note the continued conspicuous lack of a ship dealer icon.
  
• Go to the bar.
  
• owo, what's this?
  
• Click the ship dealer icon.
  
• Crash to desktop.
  

Additional Information: Augh, sotto, and scrivete. As an editor's note, the ship dealer does not, unfortunately, sell Phantom ships. Sorry for misleading you.
