Topic: On the explosive IMG case at South Shields Refinery

Ma'm Inspector,

I am thrilled to report regarding the situation involving the rather troublesome miner, Maya Mcascott, who was operating under the auspices of IMG IFF,
and her explosive contraband has been resolved most satisfactorily, without any untoward escalation.
The suspect has duly settled the substantial fine of £50,000 credits upfront, and I am pleased to inform you that this amount has been promptly wired to your account.

It is with the utmost sense of duty and propriety that we have undertaken the task of disposing of the contraband in strict adherence to the guidelines set forth by the CDI.
Regrettably, a rather unfortunate administrative oversight has resulted in our lacking the requisite disposal documentation at this moment.

However,

I am pleased to inform you that we do possess the receipt pertaining to the fine, which I shall attach to this message for your perusal.

As part of our Community Outreach Program (C.O.P) I shall also inform the Independent Mining Guild of the case,
and cc the administrator of South Shields Refinery.

Madam Inspector,

I hereby submit confirmation of payment from the transport vessel known as ''M33.Transponder''.
Regrettably, owing to time constraints, we were unable to ascertain the full name of its captain.

The vessel has been found in breach of the following regulations:

2.2 – Breach of Embargo – with a formal admission of guilt
3.2 – Rendering Aid to a Hostile Entity – with a formal admission of guilt
3.6 – Deeds Prejudicial to the Good Conduct of Public Affairs – as witnessed by the constables involved
As a result, the suspect has been fined a sum of £150,000, which was settled in full at the time.
