[Systems] Planet Marseille's Mooring Fixture is funny

Bug: Planet Marseille's Mooring Fixture does not have the correct name, see here. When you try to dock, you move sideways.

Reproduction Steps:

• Go to Marseille and try to dock on the Mooring Fixture with any ship. See the weird name.
  
• Try to dock, either close or far away. You will see your ship is going sideways fast in a small cutscene, delaying the dock for about 2 seconds and it looks wrong.
  
• Dock successfully. Not a game breaking bug.
