Zoner Rebel?

Okay, so I have plans to RP a Zoner (and maybe a crew) who were violently opposed to Liberty's annexation of Pennsylvania, and are fighting the LN and LPI to chase them back out again, as well as pirating those who are "collaborating" with them by trading with Liberty.
Needless to say, they won't be loved or accepted by all parties.

My questions are:

What should the ID be?
Zoner ID would be difficult because it bars unlawful actions.
Pirate ID would be interesting but if the IFF is Zoner then it might be in violation of the rule that ID and IFF must match.
Freelancer ID does not allow piracy.

What should the IFF be?
Zoner would work but again depending on the ID it might be a violation of the rules.
Freelancer IFF might work but it does not reflect the Zoner roots of the character, nor would a lot of others.

I'd agree with Mal about the Terrorist ID, and combine it with a Zoner IFF. Seeing as they're fairly (understatement) hard to get, Zoner/Pirate ID may be your best choice. Just get a Special RP written out a well.
