I guess this hostility is the side effect of the innate competing instinct of every men and women, it is more apparent or stronger in some and these people become aggresive if they can't win. I know this may have sounded strange but think about it for a moment.

Well one of the events when the BHG assaulted Minor Krixx and I tried to scramble the resistance in system chat, although I rarely have the luck to catch an event like that.

About the word "coward" well I usually have the luck to be called one by BHG bombers trying to bully me into jousting them, hehe. Your interpretation is interesting, I personally have no problem with it. Here is what it means to me.

Blue messages are not important friends. If you want, come and kill my Bs in Toledo or my Keeper or my other chars etc. until you are satisfied. Then we can continue with the proper gaming, after that fuzz is over.

RP wise PvP and whoring are two other things. RP wise teasing and OORP system abuse are two other things.

I always take everything as RP except if it is batalantly OORP, and everbody should. However as Rand and Athenian pointed out there are always people who take the game to seriously.

What needs to be realised is that the BHG| are not indies who wtfrofl Minor every few hours in their BHBC's, and nor do we have control over them, just as you have no control over the indie LC spam. To be honest though, I have seen very few of these indie BH raids lately that make people feel the need for 'no mercy'.

Sorry, bad taste in my mouth. Might I suggest trying to persuade some of your Order boys to join the BHG, and we'll try and get some of ours to join your side too? Perhaps that will settle the more easily upset.

first off; good thread. kudos to Rand.

it is true, there excists friction between players on a non-rp basis.

the cause? to many pvp encounters with too little rp I think. and why does every encounter have to end with fight and a blue message? I`ve bumped into indie Order Osirisses that rp-ed with me and then left without fiiring a shot. that should happen more often.

it seems there is a little let`s-get-some-payback mentality going on here. based on wrong accusations.
BHG| and Order| ships don`t seem to basecamp all that often. it`s some indies that cause bad blood.

we need to look at fairplay again. and at rp. I find the amount of rp in Delta and Minor disturbingly low lately.

the events proof that both sides can get along just fine. the sunday event should be the standard in fairplay and rp. (bar last sunday but that was hilarious non the less.)
