Ok, I'll change that ... You will stay out of Liberty please, or we invoke rule 1.2. There will be no further
discussion concerning that now. Play one of the other 50 odd characters you have in existence.
Several reports, and a slew of OOC chat contained in them constitutes a problem big enough for us to
take steps. This server is for everyone, not just for you, and it is time you got used to that.
The rules apply to everyone, and will not be bent by you for your convenience. You pushed just a little
too far this time, and now it is going to stop.

This is the second time iv seen something said or done against who how or where someone roleplays that was put in force by admins.
The first was Weedalot's rephack to be hostile to Liberty Rogues. That didnt last, did it.
Now your here saying a Liberty Rogue -must- stay out of Liberty... With that said.

You threaten to invoke 1.2, Hoodlum.

1.3 Administrators are obliged:

- To ensure work of Discovery Freelancer server;
- To be fair and treat all players equally, independent of their level and faction alignment;
- Not to mix server roleplaying with server administration in any way;
- Not to ignore any cases of server rules violations that are reported.

I've seen a few screenshots from the event earlier today. Though they only show OOC Private Chat they aren't too pleasing as to why a report -may- have been filed against him today, I know for a fact that there is a lot of bias thrown at Weedalot amongst various players.

actually it would be third, what people do not know is that Mr.Hoodlam took on himself to change my rep while i was setting my bomber as well. I was a recruit ID with no IFF setting up. and all of a sudden i was shoot by dreads and stations. That was also a very nice gesture.

Thank you Raisu for trying to help Out but looks like some people here do not have the decency to stop their unfair actions and others wont stop to try to "shush" the whole thing.
Errent You were not there. You were in Group and you were on Vent but did you hear what i told you? why wont you say what i told you while all this was going down? when i told you "look at that.. how nice of them to re-engage me without a warning" .. You just rather make yourself look good and ask me nicely to shut up and lock this topic. There is no reason to lock it yet.. For the soul reason that there is a rule violation here... and its not me who is violating it.

actually while i was on vent with you i was chatting with some ppl from deaths horizon on combat arms...so i wasnt paying attention


remember i was the first to die, i may be inaccurate, but i could of sworn that when i died, i saw you, mark, agent, and dead.runner on my radar

anyway im not gonna argue this point anymore....i rescind all previous statements and my status on this matter has been changed to MEH.....

Ive been gone for awhile, all i know is i liked pirating with you when i was in a GB and we threw NPC capship bashing with all the others in the old group, and i want to continue that...

so like i said my status is MEH as far as admin position and yours.....as for raisu's comment i havent been on in a while cuz of my pc problems...so i guess i wasnt aware of how much "history" admins and weed had

well its actually easy to see whats going on here. A bomber getting sanctioned for re-engaging and the GB gets punished as well. i never saw that before. And the degree of the punishment.. well i never saw that one either. So yes you missed a lot while you were gone.

actually i have seen double sanctions b4, but normally only if:

1. a player dies in a pvp fight, and then changes characters and reengages then both characters are sanctioned

2. if the character being sanctioned did not have enough value to cover said offence, then other characters are tapped to make up the difference

but those are the only 2 examples i have personally witnessed, by reading sanctions.....

I believe I'll just lock this until an Admin notices and drops by to sort it out.. I really can't be bothered to read it all, but from the last few posts, I think you all need to think very carefully about the tenor of your postings, and how they make you look to the Admins and the rest of the Discovery Community.
