Mining bonus off?

In my IMG character I have the same problem. I was in omega-49 mining niobium and I have a mining ship, IMG tag and ID, and was shooting the rocks with the mining laser. The most I ever got was 20 out of one rock. Did they decrease the yield?

I think they did, but there, I know the yield bonus work. I used my pretorian stationed there and the most I got was 5 out of one.
