This Idea could bring around so much more RP for sso| and independt BH's

Honestly. With all those asteroids on all sides of the Unknown system, it's a wonder how he got that gargantuan battleship out of there.

If the pvp "prostitutes" break rules, and we send all our BH's after'm, wont they yust love that?
Got a point there, Exile. Some people break the rules just to PvP and if we put bounties on those people, they might not see it as a punishment, as much as an enjoyment.
But to those who arent PvP *Insert nasty word here*, It may be a fitting punishment to have an Admin bounty on them. Nice idea.
Well...Those hunting the perpetrator could introduce some RP into it.
The initial bounty would be expected to somehow reflect the gravity of the situation.
If it were a Nomad battleship for example, you could have a lot of system speak about defending Sirius against the Nomad threat.
Come on. Use your imagination.
The one being hunted could be introduced to RP by a large, angry swarm of rather nasty RPers.
In addition to placing the bounty, put a Criminal ID in their holds and modify their reps to be enemies with ALL NPCs. This would prevent them from docking anywhere to resupply (read: no bats/bots, missiles, etc could be resupplied). After he's killed and bounty claimed by his killer, admins can reset his rep and remove the Criminal ID.
EDIT: This might help dealing with the battleship baddies.
For bounties:
Maybe you should put a non bounty system as In New York. That means they'll hide there and avoid being killed by other players. That limits them as well. They can run, but only into the jaws of others. There should also be time limits. Here's an example:
Shagohad has a 24 mil bounty on him. The bounty can't be collected when Shagohad is killed in Manhattan and the killer will never be payed even if he kills Shagohad out of the system. This bounty will remain for 1 week.
My idea is to appoint maybe three players as guards. These players have special battleships, shields, and weapons to manage prisoners. They get paid cash that is sent to their other characters. If you have these ships escort the player to Connecticut and hold him there, he will be no more trouble.
