I think outcasts who are born on Malta and grew there do not get "high" at all.

IF you would start to balance in rp.. well then give corsairs 2x more armor on titans and 1.5x more power. How do you like that, since they are best ship builders, or atleast have the best building material (Crete)

They already have an advantage. The BWorlds shipline is one of the best in the game, particularly the Switchy and Sabre.

It's already pretty skewed in favor of the OC and other BWorlds line using factions so I'd say no.

not gonna happen, as the outcasts run cardi to liberty and are weak allies with the rogues, which is how the vanilla FL went, there /was/ a post on the forums about removing it, < http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=62930 > which is an ongoing discussion about how the outcasts are supposed to stay within the badlands and such. but other than that, no, I don't think the outcasts need any more "boosts" they are good with what they have at the moment.

ps: I do have an outcast just getting started atm, but this is just /my/ opinion, flame if you want, but do it nicely:P
