• Pickup of goods must be timely, as well as delivery. This must be guaranteed.
  
  
• Both destination of delivery and location of pickup will be forwarded during any negotiations but must remain confidential.
  
  
• BowEx transports must be able to defend and secure the delivery of said goods.
  
  
• Compensation is negotiable.

• Sole liability and responsibility will be assigned to Alain Tessier, privateer of the crown personally and totally. No other persons will be held accountable for any and all matters in regards to this contract, nor it’s negotiation.

• The requirement of a feasible time scale is agreed upon, however if BowEx should not uphold their responsibilities they will be held to pay damages in negotiable form.
  
  
• BowEx transports and crews must be willing to accept progressive levels of risk in with each system passed en route to destination. BowEx transports and crews will not be held in breach of contract for fleeing martial engagements outside of their ability to cope.
