Shadows to The Zoner Leaders

Good Day Zoner Council. I am Noctis Caelum. I am the leader of my people known as the Shadows. We once were an empire lost in deep space now scattered and resourceless. The Shadows objectives in Sirius are clear and simple.

"We seek to end more than just the Nomadic reign of terror across dear Sirius. We want to end Slavery, Suffering, War within the houses, unlawful presence and most of all we want peace throughout the stars we live in."

Im sure you wish this all stopped to. Im contacting you as your the group of people who dont start any terroristic acts of suffering or want violence. No. Your what we Shadows like to call the Guardians of peace. I admire all the work your men do around the Freeports and supplying people with Food Rations. You are all good people. What i desire is acsess to all the Freeports under your influence. The permission to dock for long periods of time.

I do hope we can work something out. I have supply convoys doing miniscule runs around the Omicrons. If you need any supplies let me know. However sometimes like i said we are resourceless and have to go get funding via other means.

Its been over a month and no confirmation on anything yet. This is opened to any zoner leader out there.

The Zoner Alliance crumbled recently, and I believe that the Zoner leaders have been busy with their respective groups to be able to answer this.


But I believe that when the Virulian Enclave belonged to the Zoner alliance, we had a short meeting about your "Empire", I think that most said that you where welcome to dock at freeports and the like with ships smaller then cruisers..

How ever, this is a guess but I believe that an Zoner official will soon contact you.

How ever, when it comes to Canaria, know that you are welcome to visit the Virulian Colony and our temple. It is quite hard to miss once you enter the atmosphere.
