Umm - well, considering that, due to the reduction in fleet action in Omicron Delta, we've ALREADY sent a fleet out to Orkney and Langaudoc....
Since we were out there already, well, it was worth seeing if we could make some money, and maybe they knew something about the Nomads as well. We were told to suck wind, as we are Sirians and are scum.
And I've had a discussion on the forums, regarding how we ought to act since the Gallics are 'lawful'...
Thing is - we don't know for certain that the leadership of Gallia isn't infected. Remember the whole Nomad war that SP is based on? We have proof and evidence every day that infected humans exist - they're called Wild. Remember WHY we're fighting the Order - we want the advanced Nomad technology that no one else but them has. (That's why we have an approved SRP, and a small squadron of fighters that have Nomad cannons.) What kind of advanced technology do the Gallics have? Must be something special if they think they can wipe out all of Sirius, wouldn't you think? Maybe we ought to get some of that, for our own use?
Just because we don't shout YALALALALA in system chat as we attack doesn't mean that the |Core is any less of a fanatical group...

I'd like to point out to you Agmen.. That Zoners are not citizens. To be a citizen you have to have legal documentation of citizenship in a nation.. A citizen of Liberty is usually not a citizen of Rheinland. They are civilians of both places, and Zoners are civilians.. But not citizens. Citizens pay taxes, citizens belong to a nation.. You can be citizens of more than one nation, but Zoners typically are not.. Typically, but not always.
It wasnt really a conflict, it was just a skirmish between a bit of miscommunication and a slight bit of metagaming from whichever side I wont get lolbanned for, for so called 'slander'.
Its over now, Rhienland will go into civil war if it attacks us, which wont happen so all is dandy except for the sairs and the Arabian Terrorist group that somehow really only attracts to RP when PvP is present.
